About

The coach who's
been in your exact
position.

Passed over. Told I was "too much" or "not quite right." I spent years watching less capable people get promoted — until I understood why, and how to change it. Now I help others do the same.

"The qualities that make you different are not liabilities to be managed. They are the engine of everything remarkable you will ever do."

From overlooked
to unstoppable

For the first decade of my career, I kept hitting an invisible ceiling. My results were strong. My ideas were good — often better than what got implemented. But something was always getting in the way. The feedback was vague: "hard to read," "too intense," "not quite executive material."

It took me years to understand what was actually happening. My neurodivergence — the very wiring that gave me my edge — was also making it almost impossible for a conventional corporate environment to see me clearly. I was brilliant in ways the system wasn't designed to measure.

So I left. I went deep into psychology, into somatic therapy, into everything I could find about how the body and the nervous system interact with performance, presence, and perception. I trained. I practised. I built a life on a piece of land surrounded by horses and goats — animals who taught me more about authentic leadership than any boardroom ever did.

And slowly, the blockages shifted. The promotions came. The salary reflected what I was actually worth. The rooms I walked into felt different — because I was different.

QuickWins exists because that journey shouldn't take as long as it took me. With the right support, it can happen in months, not decades.

Early Career

20+ years in executive leadership

Built and led teams across multiple industries. Consistently high performer — consistently overlooked for the top roles.

The Turning Point

A fully online practice helping professionals and executives find the promotions, salaries and careers they've always deserved.

Nature as Teacher

Why I live the way
I live — and why it
matters to you

My coaching practice is deeply rooted in the belief that nature operates with an intelligence most human systems have forgotten. The way a herd moves. The way a goat tests a boundary. The way a horse reads your nervous system before you're even aware of it yourself.

These aren't metaphors. They're real, observable phenomena that reveal something essential about authentic leadership — and about what happens when we're not aligned with who we actually are.

Much of my life and therapeutic work revolves around animals. I bring those lessons directly into my coaching — grounding abstract psychology in the visceral, undeniable truth of how living things actually respond to presence.

The neurodivergent way of being is closer to nature than most people realise. That's not a consolation prize. It's your greatest asset.

What the animals teach

🐴

Horses & Presence

Horses are exquisitely sensitive to the state of the nervous system. They don't respond to rank, title, or performance — only to who you actually are in that moment. Working with horses teaches leaders something no leadership course can: the felt difference between performed authority and genuine presence.

🐐

Goats & Boundaries

Goats are boundary experts. They test every fence, every rule, every constraint — not to rebel, but to understand the world. Many neurodivergent people relate deeply to this quality. Learning from goats means learning how to hold your ground with curiosity rather than defensiveness.

🌿

The Land & Rhythm

Life on land teaches you that everything has a season. There are times to push and times to be still. Many neurodivergent professionals have been told their rhythms are wrong. Nature validates a different truth: varied rhythms are not dysfunction. They are intelligence in a different form.

🌙

Stillness & Depth

The most important insights rarely arrive in motion. Deep thinkers — and most neurodivergent people are deep thinkers — need genuine stillness to access their full intelligence. Part of my work is teaching clients to create and protect that stillness, even inside a fast-moving career.
